REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL ASSETS — ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access or electronic delivery of digital content, ALL DIGITAL ASSET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

RL Luxe Consulting Inc. does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital assets once a purchase has been completed.

Before completing a purchase, customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, product details, delivery information, and applicable policies to ensure the digital asset meets their needs.

BILLING, DELIVERY & TECHNICAL ISSUES

Our no-refund policy does not prevent customers from contacting us regarding legitimate billing, delivery, or technical problems.

Please contact RL Luxe Consulting if you experience:

• A duplicate charge
• Failure to receive your purchased digital asset
• A corrupted or inaccessible file
• Delivery of an incorrect digital asset
• Another legitimate billing or technical error

These situations will be reviewed for correction or resolution. Reporting a billing, delivery, or technical issue does not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund.

CONSULTING & PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Digital asset purchases and consulting/professional services are governed by separate policies.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, refund, deposit, or payment terms applicable to consulting or professional services will be clearly disclosed before the customer books and pays for that service.

APPROVED BILLING CORRECTIONS

If RL Luxe Consulting determines that a refund or payment reversal is appropriate due to a verified duplicate charge, billing error, or other exceptional circumstance, the amount will generally be returned to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending upon the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
